30-day free returns. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, and returns are free!
How to start one. Email us at with your order number and what went wrong. We'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost.
Your refund. Once we've sorted the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
